A Free loan machine delivered if any break down occurs.
Customer?s machine replaced and repaired unless a repair can be achieved on site.
Should you damage the machine then you will be charged for the part only and no labour or carriage.
Cleaning of chips from the machine is not covered and will be charged at our call out rate.
Please ensure you regularly clean the punch mouth and empty the chip tray on a daily basis.
AFTER THE GUARANTEE HAS EXPIRED
Once guarantee period has expired then providing you purchase supplies from us we will again dispatch free loan machines and you will be charged for the parts only – NO LABOUR OR CARRIAGE! This will save you the cost of a Maintenance Agreement between ?125 and ?350 p.a. Many users do not even use that amount in consumables.
Note: This also entitles you to our LifeTime rollover Free Maintenance guarantee by buying supplies from Day 1.
