Description

The Renz Punch 500 is a very heavy duty desktop or table mounted 3 phase 500mm wide punching machine. The Punch 500 has been specifically designed to cope with the latest requirement for thicker digital media and high end bespoke calendars.

The Punch 500?s are extremely flexible, it offers punching tools for wire, comb and coil with all tools offering QSA (Quick Size Adjustment). The 3:1 wire tool is also a split die tool as standard which incorporates the thumb cut punch, therefore the one tool offers both standard 3:1 and calendar punching avoiding the cost of extra tools.

Standard punching dies with a working width of 500 mm fit the Punch 500 series. Professional punching dies can be made with standard or bespoke punch patterns. Adjustable back stop is also possible. These dies only fit the Punch 500 ES and Punch 500 HD models.
